Do you require deposits?

At this time, we only require a card on file to reserve your appointment slot.

How long do I have to cancel/reschedule an appointment?

All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with a 24-hour notice. If cancelling or rescheduling after this time frame, a 50% charge of the services booked will be due to the card on file. NO CALL, NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service. NO EXCEPTIONS! All of these charges are non-transferable and non-refundable as they are to supplement the loss of the original appointment time(s).

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders will be shipped within a 2-5 business day time frame.

Are appointments required?

We highly recommend making reservations in advance due to the fact we’re appointment only, but feel free to call on short notice, as we may have an opening or cancellation. A credit card will be necessary to hold your reservation.
