We do not accept any returns or exchanges at any time. Any refund must be done in person and a form must be signed in person accepting the refund. All sales are final.

We require a credit card on file to retain your requested date and time for any service. Canceling an appointment within 24 hours or less will result in card on file being charged a $25 inconvenience fee for the service scheduled without notification. However, we do allow a one time rescheduling of the appointment 24 hours before without penalty. You may also cancel/reschedule all appointments by re-logging into your account. No show appointments will result in 100% of service charged to card on file. Cards on file that do not work will result in blocked appointment scheduling until balance is paid. Appointments must be canceled by calling or texting , not through email or social media platforms. You may also cancel/reschedule all appointments by re-logging into your account. If you are charged a no show fee or miss your scheduled appointment and call after we charge your card, you will be required to pay a $25 reschedule fee to be able to reschedule that appointment. If you reschedule the appointment for the same day and same provider, no fee is charged.

We do not allow double discounts, meaning one coupon/discounts per person per day. All clients must notify us at checkout of any discounts/coupons. We will not honor any discounts/coupons once the transaction sale has been processed. You are highly encouraged to review your charges before the transaction is finalized at checkout. Please notify the service provider if you believe the charges are incorrect or your discount has not been applied. Should any discrepancies occur after checkout they must go directly to the owner or supervisor on duty. All FLASH SALES are for future appointments. This means that if you have an appointment already scheduled and we decide to run a flash sale, you may not cancel or reschedule your appointment to receive this flash sale special.
